Contracted and Authorized Agents of United Financial Technologies, Inc. are the sole entities authorized and sanctioned to discuss UFT's products and services for the purposes of introducing the Collateralized Variable Rate Demand Note (CVRDN) to potential Licensees and Users.  Each Authorized Agent has received training in the potential uses of the CVRDN financial instrument and its operation in the marketplace. Additionally, each Agent is officially registered with UFT, kept apprised of any and all updates and improvements to the financial technology, and receives information about special offers, opportunities and applications that may be available to candidate Licensees.

If you have been introduced to the CVRDN by an entity other than an institution (Institutional Agent) or Authorized Agent that has been trained in the CVRDN financial technology, information provided to you about UFT and/or the CVRDN may not be accurate.  Any documentation concerning the CVRDN that has not been delivered to you directly by either UFT or an Authorized or Institutional Agent of UFT should be disregarded.  You are cautioned not to pay any fees or retainers to any party as the basis to gain access to or otherwise be introduced to UFT or one of its agents or representatives.

UFT does not pay any fee, consideration, or compensation to any parties, intermediaries or brokers that may introduce business to UFT that are not pre-qualified, contracted, and registered with UFT as an Authorized Agent, Institutional Agent, or contracted representative.
