UFT will soon be hosting the first Licensing Symposium for the Managed Variable Rate Demand Note (MVRDN) being held in Chicago at the Peninsula Hotel.

This symposium will introduce the MVRDN as a new debt instrument and leverage surrogate for use by qualified firms in the alternative investment, asset management and hedge fund marketplace.
