UFT Commercial Finance is the sole designated master licensee of the Credit Participation Certificate and the systems related to the operation of the Master Participating Lender Network as structured and engineered by UFT.As Network Manager, UFT Commercial Finance assures that only institutions and lenders that minimally qualify as the equivalent of "Qualified Investors" (as such term is defined in the Securities Act of 1934, as amended) are permitted to join the Network as Qualified Participants. A proposed Participating Lender will submit a Qualified Lender Statement and additional supporting documentation as may be requested or required (if any).
